Welcome to Bouncing Boxer Co. These Terms of Service govern your use of bouncingboxerco.com.au and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Bouncing Boxer Co is operated by Cloverash Pty Ltd as trustee for the Cloverash Family Trust ("we", "us", "our"), based in South Australia.
2. Use of this website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with any other party's use of it.
3. Products and pricing
We make every effort to display our products and their details accurately. However, we do not guarantee that colours, images or descriptions are entirely free of minor error. All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
4. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. We use third party payment processors to handle transactions securely.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. Product durability
The Boxer Ball is built to be strong and sturdy, designed to stand up to enthusiastic play. However, no dog toy on the market can be guaranteed indestructible. Some dogs play more intensely than others, and a determined or unsupervised dog may still be able to damage the product.
We've refined areas of the Boxer Ball, including the zip area, to make it more resistant to targeted biting and pulling. While this reduces the risk, it does not eliminate it entirely.
8. Supervision required
Boxer Ball is intended to be used under active supervision. To reduce the risk of damage to the product, and more importantly to protect your dog and the people around them, we recommend the following:
- Always supervise your dog while playing with the Boxer Ball
- Remove the toy if your dog begins aggressively biting or attempting to tear at the zip or seams
- Take particular care when the Boxer Ball is used around children, elderly people, or anyone frail, as dogs playing enthusiastically can accidentally cause injury
- Inspect the product regularly for wear and discontinue use if damage is found
9. Limitation of liability
By purchasing and using the Boxer Ball, you acknowledge that dog play carries inherent risk, including but not limited to injury to the dog, injury to people nearby (including children, elderly people, and anyone frail), and damage to property. Bouncing Boxer Co is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from unsupervised use, misuse, or failure to follow the supervision guidelines outlined in these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bouncing Boxer Co excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and branding, is the property of Bouncing Boxer Co and Cloverash Pty Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
