Our Family

Bouncing Boxer Co started the way most good ideas do, around our own
dogs. Between us we've had seven Boxers over the years, and back in
the early days we used to show and breed them too, so it's safe to say
we know this breed inside and out.

We're a genuine family business. It's me, my husband Oliver, and our
kids, who've grown up loving Boxers just as much as we have. Our
daughter Ashleigh has her own two, Nacho and Frankie, who you'll
probably recognise from a lot of our photos and videos. They're
basically the official faces of Bouncing Boxer Co.

Being a small family business means a lot to us, and we take real pride
in it. We're not a big faceless brand, we're a family who actually reads
every message, listens to our community, and genuinely cares about
getting things right for you and your dog. Fantastic customer service
isn't just a nice thing to say, it's something we work hard on every
single day.

The Boxer Ball is just the beginning. We'd love to support this breed in
as many ways as we can, and over time we're growing this into a whole
range of products built around what Boxers actually need to play, run
and be their bouncy selves.

The outer cover is made from 1680D nylon with an added backing layer for extra strength. It features a double zipper system including high quality YKK zips, with reinforced triple stitching around the zip area. The removable zip pull tab is designed to make it more difficult for your dog to grip and pull. Inside is a thick PVC bladder. Comes with its own storage bag for easy carrying and storage.

The Boxer Ball comes with its own small pump, ready to go. You can also use an air compressor or other pump if you prefer, however care needs to be taken not to over inflate the ball when using a mechanical pump.

The Boxer Ball is 55cm. We don't currently offer other sizes, but if you're after something different, feel free to get in touch, we'd love to hear what you're after as we grow our range.

Great question. Dogs see blue far more clearly than other colours, so we chose blue to make the ball easier for your dog to spot and track during play. At this stage the Boxer Ball is only available in blue.

The Boxer Ball is built to be strong and sturdy, designed to stand up to enthusiastic play. That said, no dog toy on the market can be guaranteed indestructible, and a determined or unsupervised dog may still be able to damage it. We always recommend supervising play, see our Terms of Service for full details.

Yes. We recommend always supervising your dog during play, particularly around children, elderly people, or anyone frail. Full guidance is in our Terms of Service.

The outer cover can be hosed down outside for a quick clean, or removed and machine washed on a gentle cycle. The internal PVC bladder should not be washed or hosed, simply wipe it over if needed.

Yes, we offer free shipping Australia wide via Australia Post. Orders placed before 12 noon on a business day are shipped the same day, where possible. Orders placed after 12 noon, or on a weekend, will be shipped the next business day. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive, though this can vary and isn't guaranteed.

The Boxer Ball is suitable for dogs of all ages and sizes. For puppies, we recommend keeping play sessions shorter and well supervised, as young dogs can easily overdo it and tire themselves out more than they realise.
