We want you and your dog to be genuinely happy with your Bouncing Boxer Co purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're happy to help.
How it works
If you'd like to return your Boxer Ball, please contact us at hello@bouncingboxerco.com.au within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original, new condition, unable to be returned once it has been used by your dog.
If your Boxer Ball arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll organise a replacement or refund, no matter how long it's been.
We're a small family business and we genuinely want to get this right for you, so if anything about your order isn't quite right, please reach out and we'll sort it together.
